CoWin Halo can be easily integrated into new builds or securely installed in existing facilities using the bespoke surface-mounted unit. This provides the opportunity for all types of facility to benefit from the system.

CoWin Halo is highly effective in all stages of crisis management. It features an interactive touch screen which is ligature resistant and has been successfully used in many custodial facilities.
The CoWin Halo has been installed in many high-security organisations and as a result threats and risks in this environment have been addressed effectively.

CoWin Halo supports service users to have independence by allowing them to choose their preferred coping strategies. It helps to support progression whilst also providing users with a feeling of achievement.
Staff are able to provide access to certain apps to reflect a users emotional state to provide the required level of support. This ensures that users are given autonomy in a safe environment and adaptions can be made in times of crisis.

CoWin Halo’s design is based widely used interactive devices using apps for all functionality. This provides familiarity allowing service users to interact intuitively, supporting user satisfaction and achievement.
Speed and efficiency are at the heart of the system for staff. The manager console provides clear steps and simple instructions to allow staff to operate the system with ease.
Through the manager, staff can finely adjust the user’s on-screen environment, ensuring it is carefully aligned with the individual’s mental state, whether to reduce aggression or accommodate heightened sensitivity.
Communication Applications
Various communication applications, including calls and chats, make interaction between users and staff straight forward and effective. Documents and notification functionality mean that information can be scheduled for sharing with users at specific times. In addition, the users daily programme can be shared through the calendar function which helps to support user security.
Comfort Applications
To support a more calm approach, service users can access entertainment applications which are appropriate to their situation as determined by staff. These include relaxation tools such as images, television, video, games, drawing, photos, radio, and music. Apps can also be selected for users in anticipation of potential escalations.
