Project Details
Britplas provided fenestration that blended seamlessly into the building, providing a high-spec finish. The 1.670m2 unit now comprises flexible office space, a hotel and business units and is the first stage of a wider regeneration project for the surrounding area.
Having been appointed to this prestigious project in June 2014, we completed work on the £19million structure in October of the same year, on time and to budget.
The building was a winner in 2016 RIBA North West awards.
Bunker Building
Britplas was chosen to provide glazing for the restoration of the Littlewoods storage unit, known as the Bunker, in Liverpool. The former catalogue storage facility had been in use since its construction in 1938 and was in need of major refurbishment.
